Toy Testing

Today was a very fun day for our class because we got to test toys! As part of our fifth graders' science curriculum, they were required to design and build toys. However, they needed kids to "test" their toys to determine if they needed to revisit the engineering design cycle to make their toys better. Luckily, we got to be the testers! They all loved getting the chance to give their ideas about toys and playing to big kids. They gave some great suggestions, and we discussed together how the design cycle helped them build and revise their toys.
